This policy applies to the Neon Slash game for Android, published on Google Play by Rakaty Labs.

Data we collect
Neon Slash does not ask you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email or phone number. The only data we receive is the ranking data explained below.
Ranking
So that you can appear in the ranking, the game sends the following to a server run by Rakaty:
- An anonymous identifier that the game creates at random on your phone. It is not linked to your name, your Google account or your advertising ID.
- Your nickname (at first, a random one that you can change in your profile), and the avatar and colour you choose.
- Your scores: the wave, the points and the date and time of each wave you play, grouped by game session.
Other players see your nickname, avatar, colour, points and position in the ranking. The anonymous identifier is never shown to anyone. Like any server, ours may temporarily log the IP address of each connection, to keep it secure and fix problems. We recommend that you do not use your full name or anything else that identifies you as your nickname.
We use this data only to show the ranking and your progress in it. The legal basis is providing you with the game service you have chosen to use. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties, unless required by law.
We keep it while the ranking is active or until you ask us to delete it. To have it deleted, write to hola@rakaty.com with your nickname and, if possible, a screenshot of your profile. The server backups are deleted automatically after 7 days, so within that time your data also disappears from them. If you uninstall the game, the identifier is lost: your previous scores stay in the ranking under the last nickname you used, until you ask us to delete them.
The game also asks that server for the list of other Rakaty Labs games. For this it only sends which game it is and its language.
Ads: Google AdMob
The game shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure them, Google may process data from your device, such as the advertising ID, IP address, model and operating system, and your interaction with the ads.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game first asks whether you accept personalised ads. You can change your choice from within the game, and you can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings.
More information: how Google uses data from its partners' apps.
In-game purchases
Purchases, such as removing ads, are made with Google Play billing. Google handles the payment and we never see your card details. We only receive the purchase confirmation, so we can unlock what you bought.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to hola@rakaty.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
