Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit labs.rakaty.com. Each app also has its own privacy policy, linked from its page.

What data we process and why

Launch notifications. If you leave your email in a "Notify me" form, we use it only to tell you about that launch. The legal basis is your consent, which you give with the form checkbox. We keep the email until we send the notification or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Along with the email we store the app you are interested in, the page language and the date.

Server logs. Like any web server, ours temporarily records the IP address, the requested page and the date of each visit. We do this on the basis of legitimate interest, to keep the site secure and fix errors.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools.

Who else processes your data

Forms are processed on servers owned by Rakaty. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, unless required by law.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hola@rakaty.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
